Our Story
Family run catering and delivery service
Betty’s Caribbean Fusion is a family run catering and delivery service offering a unique and exciting take on West Indian cuisine. Using recipes passed down through three generations of the Betty family, we are your go-to for top quality Caribbean dishes and British family favourites with a Caribbean twist.
All our food is home-cooked using restaurant quality meat and locally sourced produce. We also use biodegradable packaging for all our deliveries and are currently working on a vegan menu.
The business was set up by Claudia Betty-Maynard in July 2020 after years working in the food industry, including some of London’s top restaurants – and even longer cooking for friends and family at various events.
It was only when her son LeJorne suggested she do catering full-time that Betty’s Caribbean Fusion was born. Sadly, LeJorne passed away suddenly at the age of 32, but Claudia is determined to carry on the business in her son’s memory.
“I adored cooking for LeJorne and it was him who suggested I start doing it as a business. It breaks my heart he’s no longer with us, but I have to carry on what we started. If I do this, it reminds me of him and all the good times we had together. ”

What our lovely customers say
I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail provided by Betty’s Caribbean Fusion The curry mutton was superb; succulent and delicious and tasty with just the right amount of spice and the rice was perfectly cooked with the fluffy texture Mama used to make!
The fried chicken was so tender and delicious and the spices were great and I loved it! Don’t get me started on the Taste of the Lemon Drizzle Cake; it was moist and creamy sweet and tangy absolutely delicious!
I was really impressed with the little details like the lemon hand wipes and the containers which are really good for reheating and the little pots of coleslaw and salad which are really easy to store and can be reused! I have no hesitation in recommending Betty’s Caribbean Fusion and will be using them again relatively quickly!

We hired Betty's Carribean Fusion to cater for my Grandsons baptism and 1st birthday event. The professional way all our needs and requests were catered for was outstanding and the food what can I say... The ackee and saltfish volvonts and chicken and chorizo volvonts were absolutely amazing the jerk scotch eggs also fabulous.
Our guests loved the food coming back for seconds even thirds not a morsel was left. I would highly recommend Betty's Caribbean Fusions for any event.

Claudia catered for my birthday party last year & the food was sensational. I couldn’t recommend her enough. We ordered curry goat, curry chicken, rice & pease & macaroni pie.
Not only was it so flavoursome but the service was acceptional [sic] & she was kind enough to go above and beyond with fairy cakes & fried fish. Beautiful thank you so much. Will be calling you for my next party.
